Organization of the whole basic degree course :

• The National College of Aesthetic Medicine is the only organism of professional training benefiting from the official recognition of the National Syndicate of Aesthetic Physicians, the French Company of Aesthetic Medicine and the International Union of Aesthetic Medicine. It’s also the only teaching recognized as probationary for the Inter University Diploma “Obesity, aging and aesthetic of the superficial tissues” of Paris-5 University.

• The setting up and control of the College functioning are assured by a specialized medical team oriented by Dr. Charles GADREAU, Teaching Director.

• More than sixty professors, of all specialties, among which University professors, assure the theoretical courses and the practical works of the first two years (2x300 hours).

• About thirty Training teachers were approved to assume the practical course. Each teaches the filed where he has the experience and a particularly recognized awareness (15 obligatory phases).
• The enrollment is limited to sixty new students each year. Admitted on the file, the candidates should provide a detailed CV and a covering letter.

• The theoretical course are divided into sixteen monthly seminars of three days each, i.e. the total of 400 hours of theoretical course over two years, from October till May (i.e. 8 weeks for each of the two first years). Visualize the program of the modules of the even and uneven years.

• The first and second year consists of modules of obligatory basis, combining theoretical courses and practical works. The theoretical teaching takes place at the Faculty of Pharmacy & Biological Sciences of Paris V University – René Descartes and the practical trainings at the Institute of Anatomy of the Saint Fathers UFR. • Oriented works and practical training are included in the program.

• A school book attesting the student assiduity in order to validate his schooling

• After the obtainment of end of study diploma, the students shall have the possibility to be enrolled, benefiting from privileged conditions, in a superior complementary teaching. This one is equivalent to a “Masters” of specialty dedicated to the choice at the various interventional techniques (lipoplasties, ambulatory phlebitis or capillary micro-transplant) or skin (chemical peelings, facial implants, lasers and flash lamps, dermatography and permanent make-ups, hair removal or sclerosis), as well as the techniques anti-age or the techniques of re-looking

• The NCAM organize as well the superior theoretical and practical training phases in association with the functional anatomy institute of eth Faculty of Medicine Paris, René Descartes University. (See enrollment form heading).

• A continuous control of knowledge validate the theoretical teaching.

• Obligatory practical trainings are provided for each technique. They are about the entire practices of the aesthetic medicine and are performed pursuant to the case, in specialized clinics, at the cabinet of “Training Professors” or at the Institute of Anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine of Saints- Fathers, Paris V University.
